Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom. By ordering from this store, you accept the guidelines below.

UK Shipping and Delivery

  • Free UK delivery on all orders of £55 and above.
  • Standard UK delivery: £5 for orders under £55.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
  • Most orders arrive within 4–6 working days of being placed.
  • All orders are sent with tracking.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Order tracking

Tracking information is sent automatically to the email address you provide at checkout once your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 2 working days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Collection from the clinic

You can also choose free collection from Dr Elif Clinic, 54 Harley Street, London W1G 9PZ, at checkout (when available). Your order will be ready within 1–2 working days and we will email you when it is ready to collect.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by emailing info@drelifskin.co.uk. After delivery, you also have the right to cancel within 14 days under UK consumer law; please see our Returns & Refunds policy for how to return items. For hygiene reasons, sealed skincare products cannot be returned once the seal has been opened, unless they are faulty.

Changing your delivery address or phone number

Please email info@drelifskin.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and the new details. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.

Damaged, faulty or missing items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or missing, email info@drelifskin.co.uk with your order number and photos as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of delivery) and keep the packaging until the issue is resolved. We will arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
